If for any reason you don't, Lumina Smile online shop will accept returns of unused and unopened items within 15 days of receipt for a full refund or merchandise exchange, with proof of purchase. Unfortunately, and without exception, we cannot accept returns on used or opened items, or items returned without their original packaging. Refunds are credited in the original form of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
